Item Returns

Edara Apparel's goal is to satisfy its customers.


Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation or click the link here.

Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.

After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

The item(s) has not been worn or washed, and tags have not been removed.

Upon receipt of returned items, Edara Apparel reserves the right to deny a full refund if the merchandise does not meet the above mentioned return-policy requirements.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and an additional flat rate fee of $10 will be applied for the return shipment.

Items returned past 30 days may be exchanged for an Edara Apparel Gift Card only. The amount of the Gift Card will be the price paid for the item(s) or the current selling price of the item(s) returned.

Final sale items cannot be retuned or exchanged.

Items received as a gift that was purchased on may be returned in exchange for an Edara Apparel Gift Card for the amount of the price paid for the item(s) or the current selling price of the item(s) returned.

Returns may take 2-3 weeks to process.
